EXCELLENCE IN MONITORING AND PLANNING

Always following the same line of work, with the same premise: scientific accuracy. We will always follow this guarantee in the planning we develop and the structuring of the training sessions.

 

Another very changing aspect in the world of training for cyclists is the emergence of new and developing concepts. For this reason, constant training is one of the most fundamental principles in the work methodology.

 

Personalised planning according to the athlete’s timetable, always adjusting the workloads to them and individualising the work intensities with the data and information that the athlete conveys to us in their training, tests or field tests.

 

At C2 Cycling Coach, we leave nothing to chance, and the information is always compared with an interdisciplinary work team: coach, physiotherapist, sports doctor, biomechanic services and nutritionist.

 

We keep a record of the development of each athlete and monitor the data in their various training sessions.

 

We keep a record of the tests that are carried out as the season progresses, along with the competition and races that the cyclist partakes in. Among the tools used for keeping and monitoring this record is Training Peaks and WKO5, internationally renowned analysis software with great results in training control along with support to analyse all your data related to your power.

 

All this information is presented in a personalised interview between the coach and the athlete, in which all the work methodology will be explained.

 

Similarly, the field tests that are carried out on the athlete and that are included in our rates are carried out in our premises in Banyoles.
